Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at My Store. This policy explains how we ship your order, how much shipping costs and what you can expect after your purchase.

Order processing

Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, if supported by the shipping method.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, are not guaranteed and begin once your order has been shipped. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available for selected orders, as shown at checkout.

Customs, taxes and other charges applicable in Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes and carrier brokerage or service fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be payable upon delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery and will be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Customs, taxes and other charges applicable in the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, duties and import charges. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. Any taxes or duties collected at checkout will be displayed before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery and will be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees or carrier service fees may apply when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes have been prepaid.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link, where applicable. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.

Address accuracy

Lost, damaged or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order is shipped, but once it is in transit, we will be unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly and issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
